What is Kansai A&A Interpreter service?

There are requests from travelers such as “I don’t know where to get to a place I would like to visit”
and “I’d like someone to tell me how to apply for a particular service.”
We are here to help you by sending off our interpreters from two hours to one day in Kansai area.

Our interpreter do not show you around the arranged spots. Instead,
they will take you to places where you would like to visit, give you some advice on how to collect travel information,
or help you to make plans for a day.

We send interpreters for the below purposes in principle.

Sightseeing

If you have any spots that you would like to go that are not major or any services that you would like to try, our interpreter will find you to get there and accompany you.

Meal

Our interpreter will help you find popular places in the area based on your preference and budget. They will book the restaurant and take you there.

Shopping

If you have any particular items you would like to get or areas you would like to visit, our interpreter will help you.

Beauty service

Our interpreter helps you to make plans, book and accompany you to a hairdresser, a nail salon, eyelash salon, beauty salon, or a relaxation salon.

If the booking service day and the actual day are on different days, please be aware that we charge both for booking and interpreting service.

Accompanying to activities

If you have a place you would like to visit, our interpreter suggest ideas such as the most effective way to get there and the best way to use the service for a reasonable price. They will then accompany you to the place.

Attendance to health checkup at a clinic

Our interpreter accompany you to a medical institution. He/she will explain the tests and interpret during medical examination. You will understand the test result perfectly.

Kansai A＆A Interpreter Service

Interpreting service on the mobile, video chat using system such as WE CHAT, and any remote interpreting service is available. Please note that this service requires an application form and advanced payment.

Interpreting attendance service

The service hours refers to the time you meet and part with our interpreter.

1. Without booking service

(The below additional fees include tax.)

5 hours	11,880 yen (11,000 yen without tax)
8 hours	14,904 yen (13,800 yen without tax)

Any service requires advanced payment through Pay-pal in principle. Only attendant service accept payment on the day. The service become available as soon as the payment is confirmed

2. Interpreting short course and long course for beauty salons (includes the booking service)

(1): Please note that if the service is requested less than 2 days before the actual day, we charge additional fee.
(2): Interpreting short course for beauty salons:
Our interpreter will meet the customer at the spot where he/she has chosen, accompany to the salon, and translate his/her request to his/her stylist in the counseling session. This Interpreting short course for beauty salons course ends once the stylist start the requested service.
(3): Interpreting long course for beauty salons:
Our interpreter will meet the customer at the spot where he/she has chosen in the booking form, accompany to the salon, translate his/her request to his/her stylist all the way from the counseling session to the end of the requested services. After leaving the salon, the attendant take the customer to the place where the customer has chosen in the booking form.

* The customers need to pay for their own travel fee to the salon.

* If the customer is late more than half an hour late for the arranged time without any notice, it is considered as cancelation of the service.

Telephone interpreting service

Once I got lost in an unfamiliar area, trying to find a place.
Unfortunately, the person I’ve spoken to on the street didn’t seem to understand English.
The telephone interpreting service was very helpful to get my meaning across.

When I left my bag on subway, I didn't know who I should talk to. The interpreter called the lost and found place on my behalf and I could get my bag back. Thanks a lot.

Interpreting attendance service (5 hours)

he interpreter asked the locals popular Kyoto temples. We didn’t have time so, we hired a taxi. The temples we visited weren’t crowded at all. The tranquil atmosphere and the beauty of the gardens have been tattooed in my brain. The interpreter took me to a delicious sukiyaki restaurant, which was excellent

The interpreter told me there was a 5 hour beauty course available for hair, eye lash and nails. She was with me in the counseling session as well. I’m so happy with the makeover.

You can contact us via phone, emails, and fax. You need to fill in an official application email form.

You need to decide the service, the category and the time in application.

After the payment confirmation (or cash payment in advance), your service will be confirmed.

The service starts after our interpreter meets you at a place you requested (or at your hotel).

You need to pay for the travel fee of the interpreter from a meeting place to a finishing point.

Our interpreter will check the place before he/she meets you.

This service isn’t a travel guide service, but interpreting service.
Therefore, we do not prepare your travel plans.
Our interpreters will accompany you as an interpreter within the arranged time.

The booking is available via email. Please write down your schedule
(including a meeting place and a finishing place) and the service hours.
One interpreter can have 5 customers at a time.
If there are more than 5 people, you need to add one more interpreter.

Any service requires advanced payment through Pay-pal in principle.
Please pay as soon as your booking is confirmed.

Please be aware that you need to pay for your own travel fee from a meeting place to a finishing place.

If you are more than 30 minutes late without any notice, your service will be canceled.

Booking of our service will be confirmed after the confirmation of the schedule and the payment.
Booking is available from a month to the day of before the service.
We may have to cancel the service if we cannot secure our interpreters.
The cancelation fee occurs after the confirmation of the service.

This terms of service define the conditions of Kansai A&A Interpreter Service (which will be referred to as this service) that Kansai Premium Salon 100 (which will be referred to as the service provider) provides.
This is agreed by the customers who use the service (who will be referred to as the customer(s)) and the service provider.

1. Definition

This service refers to the below content.

(1) Telephone interpreting service
(2) Booking service
(3) Interpreting attendance service

2. Agreement

Customers need to use this service according to the rules of the terms of service.
Customers cannot receive this service unless they agree to the terms of service.
By using the service, customers are considered to have agreed to the terms of service.

3. Amendment

The provider can change the terms of service without notifying the customers.
The amended version can be effective once it is uploaded on the website of the provider.
Customers are considered to have agreed to the terms of service once they receive the service after the amendment.
There will be no individual notification of the amendment of the terms of service.
Please refer to the latest version when using the service.

4. Service fee

(1) Telephone interpreting service

* The customers need to pay for their own travel fee to the salon.

5. Booking is confirmed after the schedule is set and the payment is made.

・Booking is available anytime between 3 months and a day before the service.
・The service can be canceled if interpreters aren’t available.
・Cancelation fee occurs after booking is confirmed.

More than 11 days before： 20% of the fee
10 days before ：40% of the fee
Up to a week before ：60% of the fee
Up to 3 days before：100% of the fee
No contact：100% of the fee

6. Prohibited acts

The below acts are not allowed. Once the customer is considered to commit any of them by the provider,
the provider will immediately stops the service for the customer and will not refund any money paid by the customer. His or her future booking can be canceled or limited.
The provider does not bear the responsibility of explanation of the treatment. Also, depending on the situation, the provider might claim for damages (including the fee for the lawyer) and other legal proceedings.

(1)Any act that is against this contract
(2)Any act that is against laws, regulations or ordinance.
(3)Using a false identity
(4)Providing false information in the booking form
(5)Any act that interferes with the operation of our service
(6)Sending excessive amount of data or impose a strain on our server to interrupt our service.
(7)Forcing a personal relationship on our attendants.
(8)Stalking or harassing our attendants continuously
(9)Contacting or approaching our attendants besides the intention of receiving this service.
(10)Headhunting our attendants regardless of their kinds of business.
(11)Negotiating with our attendants to receive this service directly
(12)Abusing the personal data of our attendants
(13)Traveling by private car or bike with our attendants
(14)Any other acts that the provider consider inappropriate

7. Claim for damage

If the customer causes any damage to the provider by conducting any act that is against this contract or
abusing this service, the provider may lodges a claim (including the charge for their layer) against the customer.

8. Escape clause

The provider isn’t responsible for the change and suspension of this service except for the case it is done on purpose or due to gross negligence. This clause defines all of the responsibility of this provider. The provider doesn’t recompense any damage that isn’t written in this clause such as the customer’s special damage, indirect damage, lost profits, and the cost of their layers except for the damage that has been made due to the provider’s conscious purpose or culpa lata.

9. Personal information protection

The provider protects personal information from the customers.

10. Applicable laws and jurisdiction

This terms of service is interpreted according to the Japanese federal laws.
Osaka district is going to be our exclusive agreement jurisdictional court in the first instance.
